What your team may need to know

Every booking includes trained baristas, the mobile bar and coffee equipment, agreed ingredients and milk options, cups and service supplies, plus setup and cleanup.
A typical setup needs approximately 6 × 6 ft, close access to a suitable outlet, and access to tap water and a drain. We’ll finalize all power and technical requirements for your menu and venue.
Share the requested service window in your inquiry. Availability, staffing, setup access, and any extended hours are confirmed in the custom quote.
We support selected outdoor setups. Coverage, weather, ground conditions, power, water, and placement must be reviewed before the booking is confirmed.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible and generally at least 30 days ahead. Shorter lead times may be possible depending on availability and production requirements.
