Coffee catering pricing for events in NYC

Transparent, event-based pricing for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Every event is a little different. Pricing depends mainly on guest count, hours of service, location, and menu. Below are starting points and example packages to help you understand what to expect.

Guest count

More guests means more drinks, more coffee, more milk, and sometimes a second barista.

We’ll ask for an approximate number so we can size the setup correctly.

Hours of service

Short welcome service feels different from a full day bar.

We usually recommend 2–4 hours of active service for most events.

Menu & location

Espresso drinks, batch brew, iced options, plus where in NYC your event is.

We’re based in Brooklyn and serve events in Manhattan & select Brooklyn locations.

Close access to 12/20 Amp outlet for our equipment

Access to a drain and tap water
